More Endorsements for Obama
The biggest superdelegate news of the day: Rep. Donald Payne of New Jersey switches to Obama. He's the first black member of congress to switch since John Lewis's migration, and his moves puts pressure on other members of the CBC backing Hillary.
Oregon's Peter DeFazio goes for Obama in time for the primary.
The public workers' union chief in MD, John Gage, a superdelegate, goes with his union and endorses Obama.Posted by Metavirus at 5/09/2008 10:22:00 AM 0 comments

New Zogby Polls Show Obama Ahead in CA
More great polling news. According to a new Zogby tracking poll:
[I]t's very good news for Barack Obama. Zogby has Obama up by 4 points in California, down by one in Missouri, up by 20 in Georgia, and down by one in New Jersey. Meanwhile, on the Republican side, like pretty much everyone else, has John McCain set for big wins across the country, with the exception weirdly enough of California, the biggest prize of the night. Zogby has Mitt up by 3.
