George 'Macaca' Allen to Host GOP Minority Outreach Event

I can't for the life of me imagine why the GOP is having a hard time reaching out to minorities in this country when they have civil rights crusaders such as George 'Macaca' Allen hosting outreach events. Are Republicans incapable of sensing irony?
